Menopause
What is menopause?
Menopause is a significant transition phase in a woman’s life. It is a normal biological process but the huge hormonal changes can bring a variety of physical, emotional, and psychological effects. Every woman experiences this transition in their own unique way. Menopause is something that all women go through, but everyone has a woman in their life, one they live with, work with, or is related to.
What will our workshops do for you and your organisation?
Our workshops bring you a 360 degree view of all aspects including how this phase impacts women at work, at home, and everyone around them too. In an interactive way, we explore all of these dimensions in a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive space.
Each workshop is tailored to suit your organisation’s needs, from business sector, to size, and culture. They will act as a guided roadmap, and create a supportive community, to embrace the menopausal transition, understanding that it can be an empowering part of a woman’s life, not an endurance test.
By embracing this important topic, more women will stay in the jobs they love and are good at, relationships on all levels will benefit, and organisations will benefit from keeping key team members.
Awareness and understanding is essential for everyone, of every age, and every gender.
