What we do
We offer workplace workshops and webinars covering Menopause, Neurodiversity, Change & Transition. And we do this in the UK and the USA.
Individual coaching covers specific life transitions such as parenting, retirement, and everything in between, as well as coaching for people with neurodiverse families and those who are carers for others.
With corporate clients including Natural England, Camphill (MK), Whittlebury Park, Milton Keynes College Group, and UK&Ireland Women in SAP user group, you are in good hands!
The Back Story
Originally co-founded by friends, Ruth Harrison-Swift and Cerus Jarvis, who both saw a need to create more support for menopause and, alongside their other businesses, they first built an online support group. Then they went further with a vision to educate all – everyone, every age, every gender - about the impact of the menopause, and they did (Ruth & Brian still do) this through workplace workshops. Then, as all butterflies do, they continued to unfurl their wings to see what would happen when they allowed themselves to grow more, and that is where we are today, Cerus back in her business and Ruth merged all her work under one umbrella, because she’s all about transitions, metamorphosing and growth. Why the name The Kaleidoscopes?
The term "kaleidoscope" is the collective noun for a group of butterflies. This is an apt analogy, as our organisation has an network of specialist individuals, and our work is all about facilitating transitions, much like the remarkable metamorphosis undergone by butterflies. This parallel makes the "kaleidoscope" metaphor a fitting one for describing the nature of everything we do.
What is Oak Moon Rising?
Oak Moon Rising Ltd is the parent company of The Kaleidoscopes, it was founded by Ruth and is a Limited company registered in the UK. The Oak Moon is the full moon of December, it represents change and re-birth, it is a symbol of growth, transition, and tides changing. That sums us up nicely – supporting life transitions by optimising your personal and professional growth.
